Reports Help
  • To perform searches, enter the relevant information in the labeled boxes on the page header.  If these boxes are not showing, click on the narrow, centered down arrow just above the "Find" box.

  • You must manually clear all boxes.

  • All cleared boxes are considered as wildcards during searches.

  • ALL SEARCHES MUST CONSIST OF ONLY 1 STRING, NOT SEPARATED BY SPACES OR OTHER WILDCARD CHARACTERS.  This string is automatically enclosed in wildcards.

  • If no Orders initially appear or disappear after a search attempt, try clicking the VIEW REPORT button again.  If still no data appears, clear all search boxes and/or try an earlier Starting Date setting then click View Report.

  • Click on Job Order # for specific Details.

  • Clicking on Shipper/Tracking numbers, if one is available, displays information from FedEx or UPS only in a separate tab.

Known Issues...
  • Reports Services is not optimized for Mobile phones at this time.  The layout on tablets is better but still not perfect.

  • Opera web browser on mobile devices does not function correctly, but is ok on desktop PC's / Macs.

  • During the first log-in of the day, the report data may be slow in being generated.  Subsequent searches and re-logins will be faster.
